One of my Favorite Childhood Memories of Christmas was Checking to see what Santa put in my Stocking.

I remember that a family friend had knitted both my brother & I beautiful Stockings that had Jingle Bells on the Toes and our Names printed on them. I still have that stocking somewhere packed away in my mementos box.

And Yes, we left Cookies & Milk for Santa as well as our Christmas “Wish List” handwritten Letter in the Hopes that Santa didn’t forget what we had asked for.

You have to admit Christmas is a Magical Time, especially for kids. I have fond memories of my 2 sons at Christmas and now that I am a grandma, there are more memories to make
